The pulverizing parameters of the Vibratory Disc Mill are controlled by a PLC program.
This allows an easy operation of the machine and complete flexibility in selection of processing parameters.
A wide variety of different sizes and materials can be selected for the grinding vessels – according to the requirements of the customer
Features
Depending on the sample type and hardness, a test between 75 – 150 microns can be taken as a result of variable co-grinding.
A grinding cell is provided with the device.
There are 3 different capacity grinding cells as 50 cc, 100 cc and 250 cc.
Made of Grinding Hardened steel.
The device is covered with sound insulation material to reduce noise during operation.
The device is fixed 1500 rpm and can be designed as variable speed as an option.
