Description
ISO 15024 – Interlaminar Fracture Toughness of Plastic Composites Test Machines
ISO 15024 details the methods for finding the interlaminar fracture toughness of fibre-reinforced composites during Mode I crack formation.
The specimen in this test are laminates made from unidirectional fibre-reinforced composites in shapes that comply with ISO 15024.
A tensile-testing machine, which will comply with ISO 5893 is required.
The machine will be capable of unloading the specimen at a speed of up to 25 mm/min
